How to set the theme for win 7:
1.Download theme and "Universal Theme Patcher" is in the file download
2. and kick start the patch 3 words + ok :
3. reboot:
4. You copy files and folders associated files. Theme to folder: Run type "% windir% \ Resources \ Themes" (usually C: \ WINDOWS \ Resources \ Themes). Double-click the file. Theme files or you can use Windows Desktop Personalization.
